FAQ

Step 1 Check for any physical damage or burns in the power cable
Step 2 Insert the power cable properly into the plug point, try using different plug points
Step 3 Check if the red LED indicator is glowing or not
Step 4 Click power key in the bottom of the TV or use the remote to switch on the TV
Step 1 Replace the battery with new one and check if the remote works when TV is switched on
Step 2 Switch off the TV –> Press any key on remote –> Check if IR LED at top of the remote is glowing when viewed through your mobile camera
Alternatively, you can use your mobile as TV remote
Step 1 Download Google TV App on mobile
Step 2 Ensure your TV and mobile are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Step 3 Operate your TV using the Google TV App on mobile
Step 1 Connect your TV to internet and update the software
Step 2 Replace the battery with new one and check if the remote works when TV is switched on
Step 3 Switch off the TV –> Press any key on the remote –> Check if IR LED at top of the remote is glowing when viewed through your mobile camera
Step 4 Check if the remote is paired with the TV. If not, follow the instructions in user manual to pair
Step 5 Create Google Account, login with Google Account and check Wi-Fi speed in TV (Wi-Fi speed should be more than 5Mbps)
Step 6 Hold Mic Key to speak loudly and clearly, then release Mic Key to ensure voice command is registered by the TV
Step 7 Check with different internet networks and check Mic with YouTube App
Step 1 Go to settings and ensure the Wi-Fi is switched on
Step 2 Verify if the Wi-Fi list is available by checking with your mobile hotspot
Step 3 Go to Settings –> System–> About –> Status –> Check IP Address and Bluetooth Address (Bluetooth should be available)
Step 1 Connect your TV to internet
Step 2 Click Home Button on remote –> Go to Apps –> Select TV Manager –> Select Network Speed Test
Step 3 Click YouTube Key in remote (Hot Key) –> Play any Content –> Use Navigation Up Key –> Select Settings –> Select Stats for Nerds –> Check Wi-Fi Speed –> Click again on the same to exit

Step 1 Connect your TV to internet and update the software
Step 2 Go to Settings –> Use Navigation Down Key –> Select Accessory –> Check visible Bluetooth Devices in TV –> Select and pair with Bluetooth Devices
Step 3 Click Home Button in remote –> Go to Apps –> Select Bluetooth/Audio Connect –> Select the options: TV to Bluetooth Speaker or SmartPhone to TV and pair the devices
Step 4 Check with other Bluetooth Devices
Step 1 Connect your TV to internet and update the software
Step 2 Go to Settings –> Select Display and Sound –> Select Sound Out/Audio Out –> Select TV Speaker
Step 3 Increase the volume to above 15 to check if the audio is audible
Step 4 Go to Settings –> Select Display and Sound –> Select Sound –> Select Advanced –> Select Speaker Balance –> Make it Zero
Step 5 Go to Apps –> Select any channel like YouTube –> Play left and right speaker test content –> Increase the volume to above 15 to check if the audio is audible
Step 1Click Input/Source Key in remote –> Select Connected Input
Step 2Connect your TV to internet and update the software
Step 3Refix/Replace the cable of TV side and set-top box side
Step 4Change the cable and check

Step 3Switch off the TV and turn on mobile flash –> Zoom the mobile camera to defect Area –> Check if Dot is visible*****

***** If dot is visible in TV off Condition, it is considered as an External Defect not product issue

Step 1 If set-top box is connected, change channels and check if the audio is audible
Step 2 Press the Home Key in remote and check if the display is visible
Step 3 Restart the TV –> Touch the Display –> Check if any Backlight is visible in the TV
Step 1 If set-top box is connected, change channels and check if the audio is audible
Step 2 Press the Home Key in remote and check if the home screen is visible
Step 3 Restart the TV –> Turn on the Mobile Camera –> Check if any Picture is visible
Step 1 Connect your TV to internet and update the software
Step 2 Check with mobile hotspot and check if Apps are working or not
Step 3 Do the Factory Reset in TV Settings*****
Step 4 Go to Apps –> Select Other Apps –> Play Content –> Check Display
***** All User Settings and Apps will be erased after doing factory reset, therefore take data backup if required
** Never place the TV underneath the Air Conditioner
